At Demo Foods Pvt Ltd (“Demo Store”) we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Returns
You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or other reasons; this will be indicated on the product page.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our Refund Policy.
